Moremeat was co-founded by fungal scholars and core scientists from top universities both nacionally and internacionally in 2022. We are committed in conducting fungal biodiversity exploration in plants, soil and extreme environments through leading microbial and synthetic biology technology platform, in response to the growing human demand for new proteins and healthier foods. We aim to discover, screen and modify strains that can efficiently produce target proteins, and produce fungal proteins and healthy foods on a large scale in a more cost-effective and sustainable way.
