From May 8th to 10th, 2025, the global food and beverage innovation exhibition FBIF 2025 was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Additionally, MoreMeat’s meticulously crafted “Mycoprotein cooking show” experience area was highly popular among visitors. Professional chefs prepared innovative dishes such as pan-fried Mycoprotein dumplings and beef steak pies on-site, vividly demonstrating the transformation from raw material to delicacy, drawing applause and admiration from the audience. The specially launched cocoa-flavored and strawberry-flavored Mycoprotein drinks, known for their distinctive tastes and nutritional values, also won the favor of many young consumers.
